All carpets you bought from us are in good condition and are very durable: you can easily use them for decades. Hand made carpets last over 70-80 years and are very strong. On the other hand, you have on all products bought from us a warranty of minimum 1 year.
Each carpet has its own shipping cost depending on the destination country and weight of the carpet.

If you are not satisfied from the carpet you receive, you can exchange it with any other carpet. Back to Top
For all returns and for any reason, please contact our customer service department. The carpet that you wish to return will have to arrive to our headquarter in undamaged condition and we will return you money back (or exchange it with another carpet if you wish so).
