CarpetView.com handles secure card payments in collaboration with Paypal. Card payment is a safe and fast method of payment for you as a customer. CarpetView will never have knowledge of your card or account information. This information is securely transferred to an encrypted link from you through Paypal Payment gateway to your bank.

We guarantee that all carpets in CarpetView.com are hand made (knotted, weaved or embroideries as describe in the product description) and agrees with the description on CarpetView.com. Back to Top

All carpets you bought from us are in good condition and are very durable: you can easily use them for decades. Hand made carpets last over 70-80 years and are very strong. On the other hand, you have on all products bought from us a warranty of minimum 1 year.

Carpetview.com delivers its carpets as soon as the order is completed, once we have received full payment. All deliveries are handled by TNT and DHL. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Each carpet has its own shipping cost depending on the destination country and weight of the carpet.
Please note that no shipping cost is applied if your order value is above $1000 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies). Back to Top

Delivery time depends on the region:

• Europe: 4-8 working days
• America (US, Canada): 5-10 working days
• Oceania : 5-10 working days
• Asia: 5-10 working days

You have 30 days purchase on approval. For any reason whatsoever, you can easily return your carpet within 30 days and get your money back.

The carpet you return has to be in the same unaltered condition as you received it. Read more on return below. The customer pays for the shipping costs in both directions. Back to Top

If you are not satisfied from the carpet you receive, you can exchange it with any other carpet.  Back to Top

For all returns and for any reason, please contact our customer service department. The carpet that you wish to return will have to arrive to our headquarter in undamaged condition and we will return you money back (or exchange it with another carpet if you wish so). Please note that you will pay the shipment cost of return as well as the shipment we paid to send the carpet and any other additional costs that we may have incurred during return.  Back to Top

VAT (value added tax) and import duties (if any) differ for each country. Most countries, except USA, are subject to VAT (value added tax) and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. In most cases, you will not pay any VAT or Import Duties as the package size & cost will be below a threshold. In case you have to pay VAT or Import Duties, rates vary by country and by what was ordered, therefore we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Back to Top
