As you advised in your e-mail, my rug did indeed arrive today and I am delighted with it. Your description and photograph were quite accurate.

As you undoubtedly know, if one searches on the Internet for Anatolian carpets, as I did, he will find dozens of web sites. I chose your company because your site is so professionally done and is so easy to navigate. It's in English (excellent English, too); you allow the option of searching by size, by design or by color scheme, which makes it easy to focus on what one wants. Your high-resolution photos are very clear and you list the prices with each rug. It was a pleasure looking through your inventory.

My rug arrived in one week, at which I was surprised and pleased.

Regarding the rug I purchased (Turkish Shirvan, #328) I'm sure you will understand when I tell you I find it absolutely beautiful. The colors, the design, the overall character of the rug strike me as being in perfect accord. I smile every time I look at it.

Dear Hakan,

The rugs have arrived and I have had a good look at them yesterday. They are very beautiful and interesting. The design and the patterns raise so many questions. They are really pieces of art, in combination with craftsmanship.

I do not have any expertise in judging their age, but they seem quite old. Still the colours are very beautiful. There are also some reparations that add history to the rugs. Evidently someone must have taken good care of them.

I have started to grow interested in these kinds of rugs, but it is difficult to find any information about them. I understand that they were made in southern Iraq, and maybe people still make them. May I ask you if you have some literature for sale that deals with this type of textiles. Maybe someone has written about them in Turkey?

In the future it would be a pleasure to come back and buy another rug, but that must wait for some time.However until then I would appreciate if you could put me up for receiving electronic newsletters from your company, if that is possible?

I am very pleased with the service you gave me, and with the beautiful rugs. So I would like to thank you very much, it has been a great pleasure doing business with you.
